Each Silhouette is an original, one of a kind work of art, signed by the artist.

Butch meets Cupcakes

This is one guy who definately gets it!
What a great idea!
Cupcakes inspired for a man!

And you gotta love the name Butch Bakery!
Butch Bakery was born when David Arrick felt it was time to combine

a masculine aesthetic to a traditionally cute product -the cupcake.
When a magazine article mentioned that cupcakes
were a combination of everything "pink, sweet, cute, and magical",
he felt it was time to take action, and butch it up.
He decided to create a company where "Butch meets Buttercream".
David is delighted to bring this exciting culinary product to market.

Their cupcake samplers have 12 delicious flavors to choose from.

Check out those decorative chocolate disc!
They have 6 styles:
Woodland Camo
Wood Grain
Houndstooth
Plaid
Checkerboard
or Marble

And check out these flavors!

Rum-Soaked Madagascar Vanilla Cake with Cola Bavarian Cream Filling (Rum & Coke)

Chocolate Beer Cake with Beer-Infused Buttercream and Pretzels (Beer Run)

They are only available in NYC...BOO!

But they say they will be available to us all in 2010...so hold tight!

your sweethearts morning coffee on Valentines day!

Valentine DIY

Is anyone else knee deep in Valentines?
I am not sure what I would do if I had more
than 2 kids!
Probably just go buy the store bought Valentines!
What? Did that just come out of my mouth?
No way!
My daughter and I made this Valentines
"4 Pack" for her teacher today.
Super easy!
I originally saw this idea at
Visit her blog to get all of the diy details.
FYI, I used Starbucks drink bottles instead
of the bottles she shows.

I know the colors are more Easter than
Valentines BUT, I wanted it to be
different!
These would make get favors
for my 20's Casino Party too!
Since we will have quiet a few out of towners!
I am thinking....
Sweet Dreams Chocolate's
&
Rise and Shine Nuts and Fruit!
What do you think?

1920's Speakeasy Mood Board

1920's Speakeasy Mood Board

This summer I will giving my husband
a 40th birthday.
I am so excited!
Set in the 1920's,
we will recreate an old Speakeasy!
Casino and all!
Lots of Art Deco and Black and White...
And of course I will have to do a Black and White Dessert Bar!
Everyone dressed in their Flappers and Zoot Suits too!
So, I created this mood board to
help me plan!
More details in the months to come!
